My Verse for the Day

When I read this verse it really struck me.

"TURN MY EYES AWAY FROM WORTHLESS THINGS; PRESERVE MY LIFE ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD." Psalm 119:37 (NIV)

This tells me that things, more so worthless things hinder my relationship with HIM and those that I hold near and dear to my heart.

I have been cleaning out lately and it feels good, getting rid of things you don't need or want. I am not just talking about my closets and cabinets but my heart and my head.

God is so good, all of the time!!!
