- Pray
- Get an adequate amount of sleep

- Allow extra time to do things and get places (especially if you are dealing with children)
- Pace yourself
- Take one day at a time
- Live within your budget
- Eat right
- Get organized, so you know where everything is
- Laugh
- Slow down
- Talk less, listen more
- Every day, find a minutes to be by yourself
- Write down thoughts
- Develop a forgiving attitude
- Remind yourself that you are NOT the general manager of the universe
- Use the Golden Rule, all of the time
- Every night before bed, think of one thing that you are grateful for that you have NOT ever been grateful for before
