I have taken a multi vitamin on and off for a few years now. I always took prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant with the twins. I sometimes have to take an iron supplement
because of the anemia. However, I am in need of a good high quality multi vitamin. So, what do you take? Would you recommend that one to me? Thank you for your input! Blessings!

I'm taking prenatal vitamins along with folic acid, and all I can say is yuck yuck yuck! I really wish i could find a vitamin that didn't taste so yucky!
Boring old wal-mart brand women's daily multi for me. I take 2/day, plus a "Super B," (B complex with vitamin C), extra calcium and an iron tab. Yummy. No complaints, necessarily, but nothing spectacular, either. Good luck!
When I remember I take vitamins I take prenatal even though Im not pregnent. After having the twins my dr. told me to just keep taking them because I was going to need everything in them. I just get the generic brand from Walmart. I have super heavy periods (godzilla cramps and all) so Im anemic too. so the extra iron in the prental helps :)
Most multivitamins are pretty much the same thing. In fact, if you eat a balanced diet (which I know you do), you really don't need a multivitamin.
Oh boy must I confess that I dont take anything?
