This would be a great game day food! We like it anytime. It is so yummy!
1 lg. Vidalia onion, grated
8 oz. sharp cheddar, grated
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. ground cayenne pepper
I combine all ingredients in my small slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on low heat and then keep warm while eating.
We like this with tortilla chips and crackers.
ENJOY!!!!

I've been looking for great game day snacks, and this dip sounds so tasty :)
P.S. I hope that you are feeling better too. Big hugs!
It looks like a great recipe for football season!
If I could stop myself from eating the Vidalia onion before I made the dip...Thanks, Marva,I can't wait to try it!
This sounds GREAT! Tell me though, could I get the vidalia onion now, grate it, then freeze it? They're SO expensive here in the winter!

Thanks Mimi! I love those yummy onions too!
Thanks Nico! I am doing okay.....just tired!
Hi Danita! Yes, you can freeze them. Just as you said. Blessings!!!!
This sounds really good; of course, the best part is that the rest of my family doesn't like raw onions so I could eat it all myself!:)
