Isn't it wonderful being able to incorporate fresh vegetables? I have a question I'm wondering if you can answer for me, or maybe give me a few tips. I keep reading that menu planning will save me time and money, but haven't found a good resource that gives advice for starting one for the first time. Do you have any tips you could give me or a website where I might get some info? Thanks Marva!

Take care,
Steph
