Speedy Breakfast Casserole

1# ground sausage

2 cans crescent rolls

1 - 8 oz. cream cheese

1 - 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Stir in cream cheese. Roll out 1 can of rolls in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Pour sausage mixture over; sprinkle cheddar cheese over; then roll other can of rolls over cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Serve with scrambled eggs, toast and fresh fruit.

Aside from canning, I am all about speedy and fast recipes these days. It gets crazy around supper time here. I usually fix supper one night a week.......just for a change of pace. Blessings!!!
