Canned Peach Salsa

This top picture shows the salsa boiling and the flats boiling in the smaller pot.

This is just another picture of the same but with my first jar ready to fill.

Here is the finished product. I got 15 pints, 1 quart and 8 half pints.

Whew! It was a lot of work, but it is so good! I will post the reipe later.

How do you have peaches to can now? Or are these frozen from last year?

I was just thinking of your peach salsa recipe you told me you would be posting sometime soon...(when we were "chatting" on not sure what got me thinking about it, but I can't wait to try it! I wish we still had peach trees, but they all were killed by bores. From the blooms out now I'm hoping it's a great year for our apple trees, at least. take care!
