The Last Couple of Days

Not much has went on the last couple of days. Hubby was sent off to South Carolina and I have been in agonizing pain. My visitor is here and the cramping has led to less than lady like exits to the potty for vomiting and other unlady like events. Hubby finally got home last night sometime after midnight. I was in such pain that I kissed him, took some more medicine and returned to the bed to curl up in the fetus position. I am allergic to Celebrex (I break out in hives and my whole body swells). I am taking something prescription but it does not last long enough, before the next time to take it.

I do not what he had to haul to S.C. other than he was not allowed to stop the way up and had an unmarked escort (government). He said he would tell me this morning. I am just glad he is home safe and sound. Normally he does NOT have to go off overnight, but there was no one else to go.

He took a vacation today to go with me to the multiples sale. I am a member of the club and it is a wonderful place to find much needed clothing and things for the home and so on so forth.

While I love being a member it is kind of far from my home and sometimes difficult (most always)to participate in the activities. I still love it when I can though. It is so nice to be around Moms that have multiples. It is VERY different that having singletons.

We had a mother's helper coming and we were going to take our time and eat (we had a gift card to use), but now IF we go it will be quick. It is raining here and suppose to have tornados as well. The rain will continue through tomorrow and tomorrow night they are predicting snow. CRAZY!!!!

I am working on getting my plan for Spring cleaning together. I am old fashioned and I like to do it all in a week or so. I know some of you do it a little at a time throughout the year and that is great, but I still do it the old fashioned way. I like to see it all clean at once! LOL! It doesn't stay that way for long though. I also do Fall cleaning.

What have you been up to? How is your weekend looking? How's the weather and what do you think of Spring cleaning? How do you do yours?

Have a great weekend and blessings!

Spring cleaning? I feel good just to keep the house neat! And my plans for this weekend, well, it's my weekend to work. And since the last weekend of the month is bad, as is the first weekend of the month, this weekend will be doubly bad because it's both! Ugh! At least the time goes by quickly.

Hi Marva,
I noticed that you mentioned hives. I wanted to ask you about that. Isaiah started getting little bumps, kinda like mosquito bites on him and they are surrounded by a red area. We have not changed anything such as detergents, soap, food, etc. The little spots will pop up and then when I look for them they will be gone. But, places do keep coming up. He also said last night he was itching. I know it is not chicken pox. I looked it up on the internet and it looks like hives to me, is this how hives does you?
Thanks Marva!!

Hi Ashley! I know there are different types of hives. That sounds like what Tiger had back in the summer. I gave him Benedryl and it helped. You couold probably google "pictures of hives" and see. Hope he feels better soon! Blessings!

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. I pray it passes quickly and you can get back to your feeling better self. Glad to hear that your hubby was able to make the trip safely. The multiples sales sounds very exciting. Enjoy your time even in the rain. I would take rain over snow EVERY DAY.

Hey Marva,
I am not sure I can explain how to scan. This was the first time I had ever scanned anything. I was just lucky it turned out. I put the pictures in the scanner and hit the scan button. A window popped up on the comptuer screen asking if I wanted to scan, it then scanned and asked if I wanted to save the pictures and was stored in my photos. I know this may not help much.....I'm sorry, I wish I could help you more.

The weather here in the UK is a bit crazy - during February we had snow all over the country, which reduced everyone and everything to complete chaos as we are not used to that kind of weather, let alone in February! So far, over the past week it's been nice, a lot sunnier and a bit warmer, thankfully.

I don't tend to do a 'spring clean' as such, I usually end up sorting out cupboards and stuff all the time, so I am more or less always on a cleaning and tidying spree somewhere within our house.

Here's hoping that you are feeling better. Hugs!
