Hi all! I am looking for some ideas. I have a few ideas for my twin boys for presents but it gets difficult when I also have my parents shopping to do as well (I purchase the boys things from them). So, I need lots of ideas. They have several toys, blocks, puzzles, ride-ons, etc., but they have outgrown some toys and we will began purging soon.
Tell me what you are going to buy your kiddos this season (if your sare about mines age....the boys will be three in March). If you have older children, what did yours enjoy at that age?
Now, tell me what the worst toy you ever purchased for your children was OR what the worst toy you ever received as a child! Just leave a comment about that!
I will draw a name by random on Tuesday night about 8pm and announce the winner then.
Oh, the winner will receive........their choice of one of these mixes (bean soup mix or onyon dip mix or orchard cider mix). All of these are from my line at Marva's Marvelous Mixes.
So, tell me about your topys ideas or bad toy experiences!
Blessings!!!!

When I was a little girl I got a couple of tapes from the current country singers at the time and I hated country music.I thanked my grandparents but I threw the tapes away as soon as no one was looking.
My kids and grandkids at age 3 loved the Little people or Fisher Price barnyard and barn. My 2nd youngest granddaughter loves or loved the V smile stuff. It great learning tool for pre school kids

Good question! I loved all things imaginative when I was little, and am planning to get some food and cookware for the kitchen I picked up for my daughter on Craigslist. She will likely get some books and something musical as well - she loves to make noise and dance, so that's where I got that idea...

I think we may get a train set for Sarah Beth. Isn't that weird? But she loves the one at the store that is set up. Besides, I think that John thinks it will be neat. I would like to get her some kind of tricycle, too, maybe a big wheel, but I'm not sure. Definitely an apron; she loves helping me mix things up!
the worst things I've gotten my boys are games/toys with many pieces. they are really bad about taking care of their toys, and parts are always getting lost! I always looks for tings that are fun, but have an educational component, as well.
My oldest son loved Fisher Price Rescue Heros and he still plays with them. I think that the Planet Heros have replaced them, my nephew loves these and they have DVD's to go along with the characters. Have fun shopping. ~Michelle
Hi Marva! Well, let's see....I can't remember the worst gift I received as a child, but I think the worst gift we gave the girls were Furbies one year.....they looked like fun but were a bit of a bust. At 3, my girls always loved Fisher Price little people sets, books, puzzles, their dollhouse, and their play kitchen.
Hi Marva, I just want to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.
