Sunday- Venison roast, green beans and mac and cheese
Monday- Venison Stew
Tuesday-Candied Pork Chops w/ apples, green beans, rice and sweet potato casserole
Wednesday- Enchilada casserole, refried beans and tossed salad
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Venison Chili
Saturday- Finger foods with company (I'll post menu later)
Desserts: Whatever you can find! Lol!

You must have a lot of venison at your house! I have only had venison once and I thought it tasted terrible! LOL
Yes, we have been blessed with a lot of venison this year. Praise the Lord!
It's all in how it is prepared immediately after slaughter and then the prep method.
Usually iced for 48 hours and let all of the blood drain. This helps take the "wild" out. Then processed (at our local meat plant, The Rock Patch)and then we use Dale's Sauce (lower sodium) for a marinade. Delish!
